I believe therapy offers you the opportunity for integrated individual well-being and more fulfilling relationships. In the context of an empathetic and trusting relationship, we will be able to examine your present and explore your historical individual and interpersonal experiences. It is within this collaborative process that meaning is explored, and individuals adapt, grow, and heal as perspectives shift and one’s self-awareness deepens.
I have eight years of clinical experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families. In my work with children and families I utilize a combination of play therapy, talk therapy, and parent consults. I have extensive experience working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, trauma related issues, relationship difficulties, and work related stress.
