People seek out therapy for a wide variety of reasons. Some need help wrestling with depression or anxiety, while others are struggling through unhappy relationships or problems at work. Sometimes, people simply feel stuck and need somebody to talk to about things.

I firmly believe that good therapy can allow you to lead a fuller and more rewarding life, and my goal is to help you do that.
I have several years of experience as a mental health professional, providing services and support in a wide variety of settings to a very diverse population of clients. In addition to a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, I also hold Bachelor’s degrees in both English and Cinema Studies. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, teens, and families.
