Deciding to begin therapy and choosing a therapist can be daunting. Life may have thrown you something unexpected which is confusing or upsetting. Or you may find yourself caught in repeating patterns or emotional knots you can't seem to find a way out of by yourself. Therapy can help you expand your perspective, by loosening difficult patterns and building a sturdier sense of self.
As a therapist, I am curious about how you make sense of your life. My approach is interactive. I am interested in discovering your strengths and how you interact with those around you. Together, we will explore the ways you feel, think and behave which may no longer be serving you. Learning to relate to the world in new ways will enhance your capacity to cope with challenges and realize your goals.
